First of all we want to thank Kathy Smith in the Searcy office for her personal concern about us as customers. We think she is the greatest salesperson anyone could have. She worked very diligently to see we got the home we really wanted and the best home for the price. We had tried several other competitors who seemed so unconcerned. We are so proud from salesperson to Mitchell\'s set up crew that took great care regarding our home and our property. We also want to personally thank Mitchell Cook for our Beatiful Home on the ridge overlooking the beautiful mountain side. We never dreamed we could really put a home his high on the mountain but Mitchell made it possible himself, with great care and concern for our home and put it exactly where we wanted it. Not many people today really care about the trees anymore. Mitchell worked the chainsaw right beside his crew to get our home in the middle of the woods on the ridge exactly where we wanted it. It was amazing to watch the setting up of our home.

Thank you all so much for everything! We are moved in and absolutely loving it!!! We are telling everyone who will listen how wonderful you and Mitchell are and recommending ya'll to everyone! I love to see our friends faces when they walk in the house and fall in love with it. We have some friends that have land and they are looking to make a purchase in the next 6 months or so. They cannot believe how great our house is and said they will definetly come and visit you. We purchased a new Deer Valley Home in June 2010 through David Hamilton in the Searcy Sales Office.

We would like to thank Shirley and Donna for selling us our new home. First and formost they were so easy to work with. We could have not gotten any better sales ladys! The personal care was unreal and they are like family . It was AMAZING to watch our home being set up and the setup crew was grand. Mr Mitchell Cook thank you for having such a grand crew.
